On October 10, 2015, Shenzhen Huaqiang acquired 100% of the stock equity of Shenzhen SANET by means of issuing shares and paying cash and obtained the approval concerning relevant issues from China Securities Regulatory Commission. Then, “SANET” completed stock transfer and relevant changes of industry and commerce registration and became a whole-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Huaqiang, which marked the first step Shenzhen Huaqiang took to enter electronic components distribution industry.
SANET, as the most famous electronic components distributor in China, has established stable cooperation relations with well-known suppliers, including MuRata , Panasonic , GCT and KT. It distributes over 10,000 categories of products, has established strategic partnership with various well-known electronic manufacturers in the country and is committed to become the best provider of comprehensive electronic components value-added service in China.
After taking over SANET, Shenzhen Huaqiang will take more steps for further development in electronic distribution industry.
